Fitness Friday

TGIF! Do you guys remember watching that tv lineup back in the day?! Family Matters, Step by Step. I don't remember what else, but it was classic 90s television, and it was great! Those days are obviously long gone, but today is Friday! So be thankful, and enjoy today's workout.

I call this the 500 challenge because you'll be doing four sets of 25 of each move, for a total of 500 reps. Do 25 reps of the first move, then move immediately into 25 reps of the second, with no rest until you've completed the entire circuit once. Then repeat. Easy enough?
